Sunday morning long run. Need to work out how to get out the door earlier!

Fairly pleasant run around Yarra Bend. I thought this loop was 14k, but clearly not (and I only wanted to run 12 anyway). Legs felt pretty tired from about half way.

First proper swim in a while, at Brunswick in the drizzle. Survived the 50m lengths, but took a nice break every 2nd lap :)

Friday Feb 14, 2020 #

Warm up. Legs feeling a bit clompy.

Running 16:10 intensity: (8:00 @3) + (8:10 @4) 3.17 km (5:06 / km)

Clara fartlek.

Exhausted last night after a couple of late nights and too much work and couldn't face intervals. Got it done on a rainy Friday evening. Legs didn't feel amazing and didn't make it quite as far as last week (or get back in time).

Slightly regretting not going to Perth, but it was an absolutely glorious evening in Bendigo tonight.

Up Red Box Track to Diamond Hill, then back along the res fence. Legs felt fairly slow but was moving at an alright pace.
