Hip flexor/groin quite sore yesterday so rested it.

Feeling better today so took it for a swim. 10 laps with pull buoy and 10 without.

Bought a 10 swim pass so had better get back there before it gets too cold!

Clara fartlek.

Didn't feel amazing but got a fair way (and made it back with 10s to spare).

But pulled up with a sore hip flexor afterwards :(

Will claim my commute home from Attwood (I also rode there this morning).

Still have a soft spot for Hume (weird, because I didn't really love it when I was there). Saw a blue wren in some plantings we did which was nice :)

Sum total of about 1km of this was on roads!!
