Roll up and down the Boulie. Left it much too late. Wouldn't mind riding somewhere flatter for a change.

Have been noticing the large quantities of rubbish along the road lately, so stopped today to pick some up from the freeway bridge.

Found a really old street o from 2009 on the OV website, so added the controls to my map. Could probably just put 20 circles in random places for the same effect, but oh well.

Not good at choosing routes/finding the shortest and changed my mind at one stage.

Legs felt very tired and slow.

Legs and heart not in it, as evidenced by 5:20 min/km being as 'tempo' as it got (and the tempo was either downhill or flat...).

10 x 200m.

The track was back in use, so just used the closest quite street. Was fine, except for the two speed bumps. Pushed pretty hard and felt like hard work. Not sure if I'm getting quicker or not...

Running 9:23 [3] 1.45 km (6:28 / km)

Short warm down. Legs felt pretty tired.
