Sunshine!

Longer roll to enjoy the beautiful weather. Every man, woman, child and bike was out on the Darebin Creek trail.

Legs were fairly tired on the return on the Boulie.

Short and intense and I could only do about half of it

Long slow run, emphasis on the slow.

Had an explore of the Northcote Golf Course, and two trips over the new Merri Bridge - very impressive! Also saw a lot of rainbow (3 layers, if you squinted).

Legs were pretty tired the last few km.

Evening slow jog. Legs not feeling it again. Although did push myself a little bit faster for the last km.

Evening jog. Legs feeling a bit better. Tempo kms 2 and 4 (largely downhill...). Right heel/foot a bit sore.
