Afternoon ride. Boulie + 3x Teardrop.

Left later than I should have, but at least it didn't get dark! Legs feeling pretty tired at the start, but went ok along the Boulie.

Very warm out. Hayfevery when I got home (very itchy eyes).

Evening run on the Yarra tracks.

Been a long time since I've been off road/bigger tracks... Survived, and it was nice to be out. Only saw one nocturnal tiger snake. Not feeling super fast, but moving ok for most of it.

Left knee got sore about half way through, but was ok by the end.

A mash up of two sessions from Coburg Harriers that seemed achievable. It was good. Legs felt ok. Struggle to judge pace.
