Slow evening jog. It was a bit too dark down by the side of the creek. Left knee a bit sore - seem to have overextended it or something at yoga :(

Rode to Studley Park for a jog.

Down Maj's hill, up a slight cliff (oops), around Lucy's loop and back through the centre of the teardrop. Very slow, especially on the uphills.

Possibly the first time I've ever run those tracks in the daylight, as I don't remember seeing across the river before. Soooo many little tracks out there (which I accidentally contributed to extending)...

Cruisy ride somewhere new for a change. Headed west as far as I could and then in and around Royal Park.

Legs feeling pretty tired at the start, then got in to it ok.

This felt like I was at my limit, and still only going slowly. I was well overdressed (jacket for the drizzle and mask, which were probably both superfluous). I hope I can blame the mask, because my little leggies just didn't want to go any faster.

Took the recoveries very slowly after the first few (mostly walking).

Track was absolutely packed, so stayed on the street.
