Sunday ride. Boulie x 2 (both full laps, this week) + Teardrop x 4 the second time round.

Bit blowy out at times. Legs got through ok. Many, many cars parked along the Boulie.

Long run around the Yarra.

Lucky there's no 4 Peaks next weekend, because I'm not sure I'd be ready to run at 8am... Finally made it out the door just before 1pm.

Many people out in the parks. Tripped over as soon as I left the asphalt (before it even got rough...), and then had to slow down to pass people on the river tracks.

Legs feeling pretty good.

Lovely afternoon out. Started to rain a little in the last 10 mins.

Housemate run! First time running with anyone in a looong time, and first time running with these housemates.

2 laps of Steve's 3km loop, with fairly uneven pacing.

Seemed like every single person in North Fitzroy was in Edinburgh Gardens, making the most of a sunny, pre-public holiday evening.

I was tempted to go for another loop after dinner, but got told not to.

Intervals - short and sharp.

Intended to do 30s on, 30s off, but the oval was too small/didn't want to spend too much time going round corners. So about 25s efforts. And a short walking break too in between.

Legs feeling pretty good. Ran sans mask for the first time in a long time, and it was pretty lovely :)
