Warm up from home to orienteering. Had intended to go a slightly longer way, but left later than intended.

MFR sprint orienteering - Carlton Gardens

Had a bit of a 'home ground advantage', not that I've been to the office for a while, nor was the navigation that difficult to make a difference. Good fast run.

Home from orienteering the long way via the Yarra and some singletrack :) Nice way to make it into a Sunday long run, although there was a fair bit of standing round chatting before and after orienteering. Legs were feeling a bit tired by the last few km.
