Up the Merri all the way to the Ring Road. Much easier after Coburg where the path is quieter. Ring Rd, down past the cemetery and back along the Upfield (via Bunnings).

Not feeling overly spritely.

Right hamstring is still sore/tight - felt fine in the Warburton race, but sore most other runs lately. Gave it a roll tonight.
