Very slow plod up Diamond Hill and back along the creek.

Bendigo series - Kooyoora Bermuda Triangle

Started to jog to the start and felt like I could hardly lift my legs. Navigation was slightly easier with better visibility than in the past. I still found it slow going getting through the terrain.

Navigation was relatively clean, but very cautious and slow. Could see how Daryl was trying to trick us with the last diagonal downhill control but still got caught out (was wondering where I was when Neil and Geoff came past and went into the control).

Kathmandu run club - first time after a loong break. Coincidentally coinciding with Jayne's return too.

Bit stop start, not feeling very fast. Right hamstring/adductor needs to visit the myo.

Evening jog down the creek. Will be well underwater if we get the predicted rain tomorrow.

Legs didn't feel too bad but my watch thought I was slow. Ran over the lookout in Quarries Park with city skyline view as the bats were flying overhead :) :)
