Arvo run in the sun :)

Plodded down to Dights Falls - half of Clifton Hill was there watching the paddlers on the rapids - they all seemed to be having a great time with big smiles on their faces.

Watched for a while then went to plod around some streets - plenty more backtracking. Found a pen.

Late arvo jog.

Legs feeling pretty tired (the last 2km were a struggle) and stomach a bit off with some lingering period pain. Ran a few little streets in a patch of Clifton Hill I'd never seen before, then went to check out Dights Falls - flowing quickly!

This was way too hard! I need some kind of beginners learn-the-steps class. Luckily my housemate joined, which made it more fun even if she did show me up despite being rather pregnant.

Yay! Finally did some half decent training :)

Started the old classic lockdown project of running every street in Clifton Hill (I think I should have started earlier in lockdown...). Probably should have looked at a map beforehand and ended up doubling back a lot. Legs were pretty tired and calves tightening up by the end. Went down a few dark laneways, but skipped one so will have to go back.
