Forgot that the parkrun start had moved so got there right on time to crank out my slowest parkrun ever. I've done Coburg a few times as part of a long run, but clearly put in way more effort!

Vaguely helped out at orienteering for a bit before doing the training course slowly. Then slowly ran home after an icy pole. Legs pretty tired by the end.

Easy evening jog to see if the legs still knew what to do. Not really - am hitting the iron (maybe why I was feeling slow a couple of weeks ago?). Knees not really sore, but a little something there.

Did a short hips/hamstring after work.
