Tipperary Springs

Started off feeling quite good and like I was moving well, but as it went on time seemed to be moving quickly and Andrew's time to beat was slipping further out of reach (which it was, by about 90s). My navigation was pretty good. It was nice that things came up more quickly than in the rogaine!

Glad we entered course 3!

Kara Kara rogaine with Andrew.

Very lovely, but physical, terrain. Mostly open underfoot, but lots of unavoidable hills. We did very well together again - a few more mistakes than last time but navigation was trickier. I still haven't grown my legs and was suffering when Andrew was powering ahead uphill on a track.

I'm still a novice rogainer - today I learnt to not just go off by yourself in the wrong direction without conferring with your teammate...oops.

Happy to come away with the win, sad we missed the presentations that were happening in an unspecified amount of time. Went to Coles in Maryborough on the way home to buy our own treats.

Actual jog from work, again pre singing. There was a lot going on at Rod Laver. I'm much more efficient when I don't go home and faff first, plus there seem to be more hills here.

Took most of my running kit to work to get out without faffing but forgot my shorts. So went home, then jogged to the track to see James and went the long way home in time for singing (and a shower).
