distance is the course distance, did not hit 10 per k but did ok for first red, can improve a lot though, won it among plebes and yuks on red for usma

Running warm up/down (Pre/post race) 30:00 [3] 3.9 mi (7:42 / mi)

ran across bridge for 2.5+ miles after, did practice course before(will do before all races in future)
