Cross Training (Saber Drill) 1:00:00 [2]

Saber drill with Battalion. Owned it.

DPE Classes (Combatives) 55:00 [3]

Introductory class. Partnered up with Michelle Golonka - probably not a good idea considering our size differences. I was able to overpower her too easily. Learned how to maneuver out of a non-dominate bottom position (pull in arm, pump hip, and flip) and guard pass.

Run (Storm King) 40:00 [4] 4.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
shoes: Ghost

Very nice, enjoyable run to the top of Storm King. The weather was perfect and the terrain was challenging enough. I should have worn trail shoes because my running shoes had zero traction on the loose rubble. I wasn't sure where I was going at one point and was worried I would end up on the wrong road if I continued forward on the trail, so I turned and ran all the way back along the trail I came.

Cross Training (Pain by Will) 15 [3]
shoes: Ghost

Lunges, squats, pushups, repeat.

Unspecified (Walking) 3:00:00 [2] 6.0 mi (30:00 / mi)

Rained nearly all day. Walked the High Line and to Chelsea's Market. Pretty great.

Unspecified (Walking) 6:00:00 [2] 15.0 mi (24:00 / mi)

Walked all over NYC. At least that's what it felt like. Times Square to Central Park. All throughout central park - got pulled into a show and 2 guys did flips over me. I was a little scared, but mostly amazed. It was a beautiful day and my feet hurt tremendously by the end.
