Osgiliath - Slow jog (figure it is very soft terrain on the pine needles, so slow jogging ok) & walk around a Red Short course. I went too far past 3 of the controls..but I nailed the rest! Nice not to have the breathless feeling that I used to get when I had the low iron levels.
