Pipeline with Tom. Somehow Garmin says 179m climb but Strava says 342m! Not sure what's going on there.
Anyway woke up feeling not so great, beginnings of sickness definitely there, so dialed it back quite a bit from what I'd intended today. Can't afford to get sick at this point!! Still a nice run and chat.

Felt a bit slack this was such a short session, but so short on time and on energy decided it was best really. Just went down to the park and did 10 hill sprints as part of some loops. Walked back and stretched.

Kept with the increased weights from last week, but it was so much harder this time - I have been feeling really fatigued and just exhausted all week, not sure if it's from the weekend 'effort' or just not enough sleep to recover but this class nearly killed me. On the plus side my calf is much better, even remembered to roll today :)

Calf feeling better but still not up to an hour of jumping around in zumba, so just did another gentle ride and body balance. Meant to roll as well but soooo tired today just already basically asleep before I remembered! Plus already had one nap today... trying not to get sick from the infected people around me.

Woke up with bricks for calves... Not good! Right seems fine but left is very not. With walking it loosened up slightly but as soon as I'd been sitting for a bit I was back to limping... Went for a very light 'recovery' on the bike and a good stretch after.
