Down the Casino to 'start' the beginning of Point to Pinnacle - went up to Soho and continued up to the service station. A lot harder than I thought - quite concerning actually! Had a break at the station and then came downhill taking it pretty easy on the road downhill, and did some extra at the end. Had to stop briefly in a very sunny park near the water was just such a nice day! Felt like a tough run though.

Ran a little way out to Churchill Ave hill and did 10 x 30 sec sprints up and double rest, with an extra 30sec break after 5. Jogged back and a bit extra in the reserve. Felt good about the sprint pace. Funnily enough the most painful part of me was my arms and shoulders from yesterday!
