Dad came in to drive up to Fern Tree with me but we bailed due to the pouring rain and cloud, so went to Rosny, but it started raining there too and was just so cold, so drove home again! Nice chats anyway, if no run. Went for a lunch break walk instead down the rivulet the other way.

Lunchbreak walk down the rivulet to the oval and lay in the sun enjoying the world and the break! Such a nice day!!

Same interval session as last week (10x on Churchill), hamstrings and just whole body were feeling pretty worse for wear after two big strength sessions in a row, so cut it a little shorter than I otherwise would have wanted, but made it through to rest tomorrow! Very much needed, and a lot of rolling. Would be good to find a hill with the same kind of incline but on grass! It's tough going on the concrete. But again, happy with the pace on the hills, very easy rests though, just walk/jogging down.

Back feeling pretty tender coming into this but didn't want to take it too easy so kept to same weights, given that they are basically the lowest possible anyway!! Another new release this week, pretty tough one that's for sure.
