Same interval session as last week (10x on Churchill), hamstrings and just whole body were feeling pretty worse for wear after two big strength sessions in a row, so cut it a little shorter than I otherwise would have wanted, but made it through to rest tomorrow! Very much needed, and a lot of rolling. Would be good to find a hill with the same kind of incline but on grass! It's tough going on the concrete. But again, happy with the pace on the hills, very easy rests though, just walk/jogging down.
