Blackford for a run... woahhh. Cosmos last night made me feel so ill all day but so glad I got out. Rainy and windy but legs felt better than expected so actually really enjoyed it. Blackford and braids figure 8 loop but parked at the car park as I didn't want to run on road with my shin aching on Thurs

Felt like absolute shite. Roughhhh as fuck and the session was some shitty B license stuff. L shin aching after a bit so went in goal.

Uni vs Glasgow away. Shite game and were 1-0 down for majority after a unreal finish from them top corner 25yrds out. Finally pulled one back with 30sec left. Still only 1 point when we should have taken 3. Personally my game was ok.. gave away too many fouls

Uni training. Video stuff then out on the pitch. WU, passing drills, phases of play focusing on defending, shooting and then a short game. Terrible session personally, bad touch, bad passes, generally shocking. And got in such a bad mood. Gonna sleep it off.

Strength and Conditioning 30:00 [2]

Early morning... pre 9am presentation so smashed through it all limited rest.

Back Squats 3 x 5 40kg
Tuck Jumps 3 x 5
OH press 3 x 8 20kg

Deadlift 3 x 5 (wanting less doms so not 8) 52kg
Bench press 3 x 8 21kg

Some jump chins and stretching. Needed longer but didn't have the time.
