Strength and Conditioning 50:00 [2]
Morning gym.. short wu then:
BS 4x5 (40,45,45,45kg). Super set with 4x5 tuck jumps
Dead Lift 4 x 5 (50,50,60,60) hard to grip but form good
OH press 2 x 10 (20kg)
Bench press 4 x 5 (20, 25, 25, 27kg)
Few ladders and sprints and then some 7kg curl and press. Pushed for time with 9am lecture.
