Tried to do the runner's yoga from a magazine I have with limited success. Then physio exercises for the ankle and butt muscles.

Lovely day for a ski at Bragg Creek. Conditions were good but terrain not ideal for a person with problem ankle - lots of up and down which meant too much herringbone! Ankle's sore today.
