Slow start as snow was deep and single track. Never got my stride so felt like I was dragging myself around the course.

Skate ski lesson which was terrific. Clearly need to work on adductors and glutes if I want to improve my endurance! went back after lunch for a second loop around the golf course. Had to stop lots!

Walked the five level training - weather very icy underfoot, ankle and very challenging map

walked the set-up because of ankle probs

orienteering (Sprint Camp Chase) 26:30 [3] 2.38 km (11:08 / km)

Had to walk because ankle was hurting from the previous day.
