Windy going north across the hill; shin splints slowed me down between km 1-2. Met my goal of under 30 mins:)

First cycle of the season, up 19th to Nose Hill, across the hill to 14th and back home along 19th. Lovely morning. Only had to get off once for ice covered pathways on Nose Hill

Gorgeous day in Canmore; skiing conditions a little icy so had to use klister. Still great to be out trying my new skis:)

Rainy foggy day for the first event of the season! Had to get used to my progressives again! Shin splints from control 9. Walked from control 12 to 16 but managed to finish running:)
