Walked around Edworthy, along the bluffs for the views and up the ravine. Lovely space, no ice! Had to stop for a few minutes to digitally report a dead coyote on the path to the City:(

Cycle to orienteering at MRU and back. Nice day. Bit of a grunt getting up the hill south of the river.

Small distractions and a big one at 16! went to 18 first! Fun run around Mount Royal.
