nice bike ride around Nose Hill. Gorgeous wild geraniums and lupine? in bloom!

Went out even though my ankle was hurting. Figured it couldn't get worse and I was right! It feels better:)

Out on the Aspen Creek map for relocation training. Managed to be in a rain-free part of the country:) But since it had rained we got totally soaked from the knees down.
