Classic skiing for Marion and me. Michelle had us working on ankle flexion and diagonal hill stride. Lots of hill work regardless of what's indicated in climb! Marion and I practiced staying in the tracks on the down which was quite helpful:)

Teresa did a lovely corridor O at Bowness but I wasn't able to take full advantage as my glutes were complaining loudly. Had to stop after only 1 km of trudging through deep snow. Got quite cold despite short time.
