Felt good the whole time, little bit disappointed about the downward trend with the 1000meters.. Strava showed me 200m of elevation gain..didn't even noticed that while running.

It´s a shitty feeling if you have to stop two sessions in a row because you messed with your body too much. Got too sleep deprived in the last couple of days because of doing night shifts working..tried but couldn´t get the sleep I wanted and needed. In the end that led to stopping the sessions because I was not feeling powerful or had the energy to do a proper sessions. I didn´t got sick (luckily) but know my body too well so far that it would have been dump trying to push beyond that level while training while I am in that state of health/sleep level. Soo yeah..richer of experience in terms of knowing my body. Now no night shifts anymore. Getting 100% fit and ready and then I will start training for real! JEC 2017 is the goal!

Felt good again or just normal again. Legs wanted to run so I let them.. Only my watch was confused as my first km was 7:49" and the fourth or so was about 2:21"
