Felt terrible the whole day. No headache anymore but stomach pain took the place.. so spent the day laying on the couch.

Stood up at 6 am and felt not that good but thought it will get better..didn´t went home from work at 8 am and slept for almost 5h. Feel still limp and will hopefully get better til tomorrow!

Bilstam Fartlek Phönixsee

Nice. Worked out as hoped. Not better nor worse. Was windy so I at least got a good reason. Legs did their job and felt smooth as well as still fit afterwards. Right now often dreaming about another training camp in Finland.. Want Orienteering! Two competetions at the weekend should help.
