Demotivating Run Phönixsee

Windy, rainy and cold outside..okay I can handle. But then from start off my stomach got heavier and heavier and I got slower.. planned on doing sprints.. didn't. The last 7 days didn't worked out like I hoped at all trainingwise... very demotivatiang and quite disappointed but yeah at least I can train!
