Was at another doctor yesterday (nose related..) but meant that I couldn’t/shouldn’t go swimming that day anymore. Also I should start remembering the opening times of the fitness studio as today was the second time I went there in their break time..

I hate this: Official public open times 2-4pm, so nope they didn’t let me swim my last 3 minutes to complete 1h because swimming times end 15min before 4pm... In general I like this “germann punctuality” but sometimes it can be purely unnecessary and annoying! It wasn’ that I was reallly in the way or something...anyway

I really start missing running. I am actually really looking forward to running again. I do see this as positive sign as motivation is there again, also I am starting to “enjoy” alternative training!
Was at the doctor’s today, no problems with my bones or tendons but still a small bursa inflammation..so nothing serious but still alternativ training for this week, trying to avoid pressure on that very spot and cooling.
Would prefer to run but right now I am not that annoyed/disappointed to do alternativ stuff as motivation is going strong again!
