Well didn´t really had anything important on my schedule today, so the reason why I trained so late was that I needed to warm up.
Reason for that was that at our flat the heating system didn´t function and that since yesterday evening so the flat was quite cold and it took some time til a technician came by and fixed it..
Still was fun doing some stuff with my brother.

Running ABC - Back to school

Motivation increased steadily over time. Almost exponential!
Was just a cool mood with some light spots at the track from school and darkness everywhere else. Short frighting moment came when the shutters of the whole school started closing simultaneously like in movie The Purge.

Beautiful run. I love the weather currently, it is cold but in a nice way as the sun is shining bright in clear blue skies..

Other point I forget to write about all the last times is:
I don’t like dogs, well it’s more that it don’t like untamed/untrained dogs, but therefore I hate the owners of those dogs!
But what or who I really hate are smokers but I really hate those who smoke in the damn public! That isn’t yet illegal annoys me everytime (moreover what are the people thinking who are smoking in the forest?!)
Anyway didn’t wanted to write something like a commentary but needed to be addressed..

Also my HR data isn’t really that realiable. As the first couple of minutes it records way to low HR data.

So maybe it was just some things coming together, like to breakfast (besides half a cliffbar) and not so much energy from the day before (stomach problems, therefore didn’t eat that much afterwards) and it’s just a bad coincidence..but somehow today felt like there is some force trying to prevent me from getting back in to good and scheduled training.

Because Plan was to do a longer run but after 10min I quickly realized that everything was slow and very exhausting, partly felt like I am slowly running but also had my almost maximum..

Everything together is pretty demotivating. It’s not like in December where I had motivation problems (still don’t really know the reasons for that), Januar were heel problems (which btw are as far as I can say away, still doing exercises and have a careful eye on that..), now Februar was trying to get back in to training which so far, only partly worked out.
Status right now is motivated but also a bit depressed/worried..

Really looking forward to a much more better march! (Training camps in Hungary and Switzerland!

Rummenohl

Plan was to do 2x20‘ Tempo.
Well didn’t really work out. Started very motivated, took the first turn down into the forest and after 15min slipped on a thick ice (everything was just ice) and landed on both my knees and right thumb. Small moment of shock..walked a couple of meters but decided to go home as the roads and paths would really get better. Annoying! Thumb hurts a bit, but not badly and knees are fine...
