So maybe it was just some things coming together, like to breakfast (besides half a cliffbar) and not so much energy from the day before (stomach problems, therefore didn’t eat that much afterwards) and it’s just a bad coincidence..but somehow today felt like there is some force trying to prevent me from getting back in to good and scheduled training.
Because Plan was to do a longer run but after 10min I quickly realized that everything was slow and very exhausting, partly felt like I am slowly running but also had my almost maximum..
Everything together is pretty demotivating. It’s not like in December where I had motivation problems (still don’t really know the reasons for that), Januar were heel problems (which btw are as far as I can say away, still doing exercises and have a careful eye on that..), now Februar was trying to get back in to training which so far, only partly worked out.
Status right now is motivated but also a bit depressed/worried..
Really looking forward to a much more better march! (Training camps in Hungary and Switzerland!
