Felt maybe 2% better then yesterday but just wanted to do some orienteering.

So had a very good physio appointment on monday which resolved a lot of "tension" in my body and also my knee felt better after that. MRI on tuesday, results on wednesday: all good but two parts around my knee are swollen. Therefore nothing too serious and I should cool, do some mobility stuff and also can slowly start training. Did that today, didnĀ“t expect anything special but it felt more or less like two weeks ago...
