started with running outside and then finished with core strength stuff

4-6 hill sprints followed by 1km loop (x3). Blister on the bottom of my foot was hurting a little but only on the hill sprints.

no SI thing at 4 and i was first out so looked round for it for a little bit. then made a huge mistake at 8 and a little one at 10, wasnt really happy with my run

Close to home thursday event so went along for a bit of a recovery run. Felt pretty good.

was mainly in forest. Had to take off some strapping tape before the first control cos it was pulling so wasted a bit of time taking the tape off and then my ankle still hurt the rest of the way ne way so just put up with it. had trouble with quite a few, was there but couldnt see the metal plate on the ground

warm and and then 50 stairs then short break and 50 more stairs followed by warm down and stretching.

mainly aerobics stuff, would have liked to have done more running but it was raining.

did boxing inside with sprints in between. then 30 stairs and 5 laps of the usual run.

slept:5.0 (sick)
Didn't get home from night o till past 11 and then had to be at Woodford to help out at 7 so was really tired and have been getting sick all weekend. Only did 3 controld and id had enough. Locked my chain on the way home so had to walk the last 1km

Saturday Feb 10

was really technical, lotsa little tracks and heaps of route choice. Didnt have too much trouble
orienteering race (Night Champs) 51:00 [3] 4.7 km (10:51 / km)
Didnt feel like i ran very hard at all but was trying not to injure myself. Didnt really like it at first but enjoyed it by the end. Had a few problems actually finding the control especially the last one

lots of push ups and daniel was watching me to make sure i did them on my toes properly, arms were burning afterwards

hill, lunges some longer intervals and some stairs. we hardly got a rest for the enitire time and anyone who walked back on the recovery from the hills got push ups.

had to put out some controls which took a little longer than it should have cos i forgot to take a key for the chains

was another hot day. Felt a little tired in the middle bit of the course, mainly during the street section.

ran around our 5km block stopping at 3 different hills for some hill sprints. Then did 25 stairs.
