Not feeling very good and wasn't really keen on running but i was already in a relay team so thought i better go out and it was only short. Just took it easy and didnt make any mistakes

Did boxing today instead o fintervals, was really fun but tiring, my arms are aching now. Went with chris so even when i wasnt boxing i was still working hard cos he punched so hard. We boxed with intervals in between

started with boxing and then our cicuit stuff, had to run between each station but some really lazy ppl kept walking so we had to do laps everytime they walked.

We warmed up inside doing strenth stuff which made me tired before we even started to run. ran to ridley rd and did shuttle runs up the hill. Then ran back to gym and warmed down quickly inside.

lots of aerobics stuff but still some running, missed having daniel take the class

had to run bout 1-1.5km to get to the hill. We did flat sprints first and then heaps of hills. Ran back at the end, was quite fast cos everyone seemed quite keen to go home.

mainly flat sprints but some hills at the end. Lacked a bit of energy

felt suprisingly good but my mind wasnt there. made one of those mistakes where ur standing round wondering if your even on the right hill. made another big mistake later, this time i just ran around checkin every cliff and eventually found the one the control was on. Was glad to finish before they pulled down the finish shute

think the first part was pretty good, managed not to make ne big mistakes but after the spectator i lost concentration and made some stupid mistakes.

calf was really tight think i had some too tight strapping tape.

rode round some dirt bike track things near grndparents house, then did a bit of jogging an stretching and rode home without getting lost

was very tired today. It hurt to run up or down hill. Got caught by ness then kellie and jas, was just glad to finish!

first half o fhte race was really good but unfortunately the 2nd half became really steep and i got really tired. Thought i made a good route choice on the long leg coming home but i think there were better ones now and i didnt do the one i picked well at all. avoided heaps of climb and then went down some spurs too early and had to do the climb ne way. I made it to the end which was the main thing and i now kno i need to do some longer stuff.

aftre yesterday i didnt want to leave too much in reserve. Navigated well most of the way. Went a bit wonky at the end and jo caught me. tried to stay with her for as long as possible but she was too good up the final hill. happy with the race tho.

Event: Australian Easter Orienteering Carnival
 
orienteering race (prologue) 18:00 [4] 2.6 km (6:55 / km)
caught clare early in the race and then instead of pushing the rest of the way i was content to just stay with her thinking that it would be fast enough. Didnt feel tired enough at end, not that happy with the race
