went for more of a normal run tonight, stopped a few times to do some hill intervals and then kept going. started to get blisters on my arch but tother than that felt good.

actually enjoyed this 'sprint' race, was a fair bit of route choice and a nice big hill near the end to slow other ppl down

not the best run, some small mistkaes early on and bigger ones in the 2nd loop. Not sure if route choice straight up hill was that great either.

Fairly happy with the run. Was too high on no.7 and did the last loop a bit messy and slow.

ran using a spare map on the men's course 3. Was a really nice area but was quite slippery cos i only had my asics on

ran a bit too right on the first one but after that was happy. ankle was a bit sore in the last bit of the course so think i was going a bit slower.

still not feeling great but better than thid morning. lots of hills tonight and actually got a bit sweaty tonight since it wasn't as freezing.
