Got out of bed and helped out at orienteering but didnt run, feeling alright until panadol wears off.

Stayed in bed most of day, really sore throat and bad headache.

Felt terrible. Vomited on way to visit friend in hospital and while i was there.

Steep and thick like usual, mostly ran track options. Still not feeling that good, woke up with sore throat.

Running club was cancelled so decided to take out a lithuanian map and go for a run. Had looked at them a fair bit at home but it was so much harder while running. Need to practise heaps more of this.

After map run, ran some short intervals including hills. Warmed down by running home and then going for a swim.

Wasn't feeling well so decied to make it a short one. Forgot to take my ultimax socks to orienteering yesterday and now I have a huge blister!

OY at Mt Crosby. Was heaps thicker than last time and they made us go into the really steep bit. The best bit was the yummy cake they made for Anna and I afterwards.
