Was really keen to have a good race but made a big mistake on the first one, think i ran too hard. Made more mistakes later on and just didn't have any strength in my legs to push it up the hills.

Ran on model event area for QLD champs. Was awesome terrain, no undergrowth and pretty flat.

Forest was burnt out so they only had a scatter event in the park bit. Was quite short so ran it twice. first time was 19.26, then ran it backwards in 17.00.

4x60sec and 4x30sec with 60sec recovery. Then did 10mins of continious hills.
