orienteering race (Qld orienteering day) 1:19:00 [5] *
shoes: Asics - Kayano

3 x sprint races. ran the long course which was supposed to be bout 6km each time. Last two were fair bit shorter:

Butt and thighs were quite sore by end, think mainly from running on the road all the time.

90min scatter event, got most of the controls. Was really flat and windy

Was really steep and thick, fell over alot. Didnt really have any navgation problems part from the first one which i was a bit high on.
