orienteering race (Club relays) 30:00 [5] **
Went out first for my team, took bout 12 mins, then when the other 2 had finished their loops we all had to do a few short controls together. Only took about 5 mins, could have taken it much easier cos there were no teams close to us but our little novice guy sprinted off and had to try keep with him. Went out twice to pick up controls afterwards, got to eat all the left over lollies and our club won the comp.

did some fartlek intervals and then 10 hill sprints. Ran back to gym where we did push ups and stuff, i really suck at them
