orienteering race (OY2) 54:40 [4] 7.0 km (7:49 / km) +150m 7:03 / km

was quire happy with this run. Was worried that it was gonna be as bad as QLD champs last year but managed not to make too many mistakes. wasted a fair bit of time on no.2 but the rest were only minor things

throat is still a bit sore but feels better than yesterday
