orienteering race (Ripley Hills) 45:26 [3] 4.1 km (11:05 / km) (sick)
Not feeling very good and wasn't really keen on running but i was already in a relay team so thought i better go out and it was only short. Just took it easy and didnt make any mistakes
Did boxing today instead o fintervals, was really fun but tiring, my arms are aching now. Went with chris so even when i wasnt boxing i was still working hard cos he punched so hard. We boxed with intervals in between
started with boxing and then our cicuit stuff, had to run between each station but some really lazy ppl kept walking so we had to do laps everytime they walked.
We warmed up inside doing strenth stuff which made me tired before we even started to run. ran to ridley rd and did shuttle runs up the hill. Then ran back to gym and warmed down quickly inside.
had to run bout 1-1.5km to get to the hill. We did flat sprints first and then heaps of hills. Ran back at the end, was quite fast cos everyone seemed quite keen to go home.
