Didn't do the first 3 controls very well and then going to number 4 i felt totally out of energy. was going to head back but then thought that i better finish to score points for qld since i was getting funding. Was slow round the next few control but after 2 gels started to feel a little better. made some mistakes later on in the erosion but was just glad to finish.

Didn't really like this sprint race just cos i don't like going in and out of dead ends, but didn't feel as bad as i thought i would.

Was slow getting the first few controls but got them fairly well. just didn't feel like i had the energy in the more faster bits and then made a mistake when we went back into erosion. Felt tired the whole way

just an easy run with a few intervals. still a little sick, mainly feeling like i cant breathe that good

started with some stairs and then went and did hills and some 1km loops. Was feeling alright before i left but my chest felt really tight from coughing the last few days
