| ran the senior boys course after qld schools trials today. Would have made the team and i also beat geoff for the first time which was great. New shoes were hurting a little and was a bit slow in some of the control circles but other than that was happy |

| started off with longish intervals and they got smaller and smaller. Feeling heaps better now and my ankle hurts a lot less |
Tuesday May 8 |

| ankle still sore from sunday so just did some bike stuff at the gym. Feeling a lot more energetic already and definately think im over my cold. |

| Did the usual tuesday intervals. We went for a longer run with fast and slower sections. Couldnt run as fast as usual but didn't feel too much pain in my ankle till towards the end |
