orienteering race (Flagstone) 45:40 [5] 6.2 km (7:22 / km) +125m 6:41 / km
ran the senior boys course after qld schools trials today. Would have made the team and i also beat geoff for the first time which was great. New shoes were hurting a little and was a bit slow in some of the control circles but other than that was happy

started off with longish intervals and they got smaller and smaller. Feeling heaps better now and my ankle hurts a lot less

Tuesday May 8

ankle still sore from sunday so just did some bike stuff at the gym. Feeling a lot more energetic already and definately think im over my cold.

Did the usual tuesday intervals. We went for a longer run with fast and slower sections. Couldnt run as fast as usual but didn't feel too much pain in my ankle till towards the end
