| was odd numbers and since my hand is still a bit sore i decided to do spin the whole time instead of boxing and spin. Was really tiring, especially the running in btwn cycling. |

| started with a 2-3km loop then did 10 short hills and a 1km loop (twice). lotsa abs stuff at the end |

| bike for 25mins then leg weights and core strength, hand feeling quite a bit better but still cant lift weights. |
