was a really short course, was kinda a waste of time to go for 11 minutes of running when i have about 11 hours of work left to go on an assignment but it was fun

warmed up on the bike and then did weights. prolly shouldnt have taken an hour but kept getting side tract

after the warm up we did some hill sprints then 1km lap, 15 stairs, 1km lap, shuttle runs, 1km lap and then a warm down.
