had an exam then went straight to work, came home at 5 and went back to work at 6:30, missed interval training but my legs got a work out from standing up all day.

did some cardio before and after then my new program. Took a bit longer than normal.

not really sure on my time but wasn't really concerned about that, just thought i should do a bit of a recovery run. had to wait to mark the 2nd loop and couldnt find the last control which wasnt actually there any way

lots of hill sprints again and finished with wall sits, thighs are killing

legs were really sore, think they're gonna be even worse tomorrow cos we finished with wall sit and squat jumps.

got peer pressured into doing this class but think i will better for it any way cos it was fairly easyish cardio and some aerobics type stuff
