all smooth sailing till i got a puncture..then slit my tyre on something and got another...and then another.. |

Feels like quite a leg workout but HR was generally 120-135..pretty low, maybee ill try longer efforts or shorter recovery.

Kept fast cadence. no pain riding.

| Leg bit sore like before easter but none of the sharp pain.
Had a really painful massage, and the guy found lots of tight spots in my right calf to get stuck into. |

went to doctor.. had xray, didnt show much but its not a stress fracture, just irritation where muscle meets bone probably.
anyway, no running for at least two weeks.
