Sunday Mar 16

riding 2:50:00 [3]66 km (2:35 / km)
Set off before dawn, met sus then kay and rode down to glenelg, along to west lakes then home by my self. Longer than I wanted and I ran out of energy at the end but struggled home after having a stop in town and eating some lollies. Time and dist not certain.

Saturday Mar 15

orienteering 25:33 [5]
Morning sprint event set by Lachlan. From elder park into the festival centre, around the river and in Adelaide uni. Fun course with plenty of route choice, and tricky through the uni. Felt ok, navigation ok though lost a bit of time to confusion.
running warm up/down 15:00 [2]

Friday Mar 14

running 12:00 [3]
Got up even earlier and had a cold shower before my run but my body was completely dead from the really hot night. Ran to fox oval and wobbled back. 39degrees AGAIN today. Will run tonight on fox oval where I hope the sprinklers will be on.
swimming 25:00 [2]
200 w/up
10x 50m in 90 secs ( mostly 60-65sec swim)
300 w/down
So nice and cool in the water

Thursday Mar 13

running 32:00 [3]
Early morning run to beat the heat but it was already too hot (or still too hot as it never cooled down). I ran to the wildflower garden with 2x 90sec hard but that was about as much as I could manage before jogging home with some shorter surges, but my muscles felt so tired and hot.
A bit sad to see so many of the native plants completely shrivelled up.
strength and cond 25:00 [1]
After run and cold shower. Core.

Wednesday Mar 12

swimming 35:00 [3]
Pretty tired after 6hr prac at uni but really needed to cool down. Included 10x 50m on 90sec

Tuesday Mar 11

running 55:00 [3]
Legs not sore surprisingly. Moderate pace. Hot.
