slept:8.0 shoes: Innovate 'roc lite'
Liveleys bog long. I didnt think I'd be able to run the whole thing because my knee hasn't lasted for a run longer than 45mins for the last 2 months, but I decided to run as hard as I could till it started to feel sore. Amazingly I didnt feel a thing and finished. Ran hard the whole way, making up for my unfitness over easter. I forgot to take my gel with me so suffered at the end but it was a good race.
Nav was really good bu twhen I got a bit tired i made a few bad decisions (green instead of climb) and lost 1.5mins in the finish!

short warm up, bit more warm down. Legs very tired. Knee hurt a tiny bit warmiong down when I started to run a bit lazy.
