Picked up mtb from work, rode home along river then went upstream with Reubs and Matthias on the single track. Beautiful evening and lots of fun!

slept:8.0 shoes: Innovate 'roc lite'

Liveleys bog long. I didnt think I'd be able to run the whole thing because my knee hasn't lasted for a run longer than 45mins for the last 2 months, but I decided to run as hard as I could till it started to feel sore. Amazingly I didnt feel a thing and finished. Ran hard the whole way, making up for my unfitness over easter. I forgot to take my gel with me so suffered at the end but it was a good race.
Nav was really good bu twhen I got a bit tired i made a few bad decisions (green instead of climb) and lost 1.5mins in the finish!

short warm up, bit more warm down. Legs very tired. Knee hurt a tiny bit warmiong down when I started to run a bit lazy.

orienteering race 16:13 [5]
slept:8.0 shoes: Nike structure- blue

Launceston uni. Had the right hand loop first and started really hard and navigated quite fast. Started to tire on the second loop and was having trouble thinking so quickly (even though I wasnt really running that fast) and made a few sloppy route choices. Nothing major though. Just a few seconds on the wrong side of the big pack of girls..

Legs a bit wobbly after. Right leg aching a bit but not sore in the knee!

3.5 hours walking in the icy cold clouds around cradle mountain.

Walked the 11k Hazards loop at Coles bay- beautiful, even had a swim.
Legs feel tired.
